Hi Finni!~ I really love your art, ;u; I was wondering what brushes you use for your pieces? Specifically your more painterly ones? Sorry to ask I just watch from your livestreams and I can never really yell xD

First of all, thank you ;w;!! I’ve gotten quite a few requests now for what kinds of brushes I use, and the answer is that I just tinker around with some of the default brushes that Photoshop comes with until I get a look and feel that I like! That said:

A brushset download of the five textured brushes I’ve been using most often lately! I almost never use these brushes as is though, since I will tinker with the settings (under Window > Brushes) to suit the scale and way I’m working. Either way I’d encourage everyone to try to make their own brushes that suits their drawing style the most, and constantly experiment even if you have a workflow that you’re comfortable with. Also don’t forget the simpler brushes like square or triangular brushes too!
